Refund Policy
Returns
Since we provide only services and do not sell any products, there is no physical returning of products applicable.
Refunds
- For IT and consulting services, the invoices are raised only upon confirmation of delivery milestone with customer, hence there is no refund admissible for this type of work.
- For training, no refunds are admissible if registration is cancelled within four days of the start date of the training program. However, if the training registration is cancelled more than 4 days (96 hours) before start of the program, 100% of the fee paid would be reimbursed after deducting any statuaries or bank charges.
- Once we receive your refund request for the training, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days from our end and number of days it will take to credit to your account will depend on your banks’ processing time.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced training may be refunded, any training with special discounts would not be refunded.
Exchanges
Since we do not sell any products, there are no exchanges applicable.
